  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
  • Custom or personalized orders may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.

  • Standard Shipping: Calculated based on the product’s weight, dimensions, and destination.
  • Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Domestic Shipping: 3–7 business days

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors like weather or carrier delays.

4. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • Domestic: All regions across India.

We currently do not ship any products outside India.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with a tracking number.
  • You can track your shipment using the tracking link provided or directly on the carrier’s website.

6. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the shipment:

  • Re-shipping costs may apply.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will exclude the original shipping charges.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Contact us within24–48 hours of delivery with supporting photos and details.
  • We will investigate and work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

8. Shipping Within India Only

Shreesto ships only to addresses within India. We do not offer international shipping.

9. Changes to Shipping Address

  • Changes to the shipping address can only be made before the order is dispatched.
